Both Jagdish Tyagi and Jagdishwar Mishra’s incarnations of “Jolly” square off in a courtroom drama based on social injustice in Jolly LLB 3. The story starts when poor Parsaul farmer Rajaram Solanki drowns himself after losing his land to dishonest officials and a wealthy builder named Haribhai Khaitan, who is promoting the famed “Bikaner to Boston” project. Mishra, who initially supports the builder for financial benefit, is paired with Tyagi, who often supports the underdog. However, Mishra changes sides after realizing the severity of the injustice, which includes the involvement of local authorities and fabricated witnesses. Following an ego clash and rivalry, the two attorneys come together and, with the assistance of the impacted individuals and their families, reveal Khaitan’s deception in court. At the conclusion, the truth is exposed, the farmer’s family receives justice, and both Jollys stand up for what is right rather than just winning debates.
